SeaPro Coaching Program

The SeaPro Program is designed for the individual who is seeking a new career opportunity. You are a seasoned professional who has been outplaced or simply wants to explore other career or job options.

Getting a new job is a sales process. You are the product and the salesperson.  This half-day session is jam-packed and intense and results in a customized job search strategy that brands (and sells!) you throughout all collateral such as resume, interview script, Linked-In profile, handbill and elevator speech. Applying the techniques learned through the program can significantly shorten time to new employment. 

Resume Optimization


Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) have changed the way applications for employment are processed. Whether you apply via a job site such as Indeed or Linked-In or apply directly through a company website, chances are you will be applying through an ATS. While the advent of this electronic method of job application has streamlined the process, it has also added the necessity of using keywords that will get your resume through the filters of the ATS. Working with you and applying special scanning software, we will format your resume to identify the keywords that best highlight the qualifications that get you in front of the hiring manager!

Interview Prep

How do you differentiate yourself in the final interview? How do you convince the hiring manager that YOU are the best candidate for the job among other qualified candidates? How do you go into an interview fully prepared, confident and professional? We will teach you how to put your best foot forward, provide answers for commonly asked interview questions and help craft success stories that address behavioral-based questions. We will create a compelling brand so you can tell your story with confidence.  The session delivers a solid interview script that will differentiate you from the competition.

Linked-In


Social media is an intricate part of most of our lives, both personally and professionally. As a tool for job-hunting, Linked-In is the premier platform used by recruiters and hiring managers to discover talent for their organizations. The information presented within Linked-In and other social media venues can be key to being found by decision-makers as well as leveraging the hidden job market from which 80% of positions are obtained. Our best practices checklist provides detailed steps to optimize your Linked-In profile that builds and supports your online brand and presence.

Ongoing Coaching

After the session we are still in your corner! We provide ongoing support in the form of a weekly  coaching call for 30 days from the date of your coaching session. Whether you need help negotiating multiple offers (!) or input on an upcoming interview, we are here to provide our expertise in your job search.
